    I researched and wrote the framework for social media strategy entitled \u201cThe 5 B\u2019s of Social Media Success\u201d in collaboration with an intern that I hired and supervised.<\/p>

    This research validates that a social media strategy encompassing the 5B’s (Brand, Befriend, Broadcast, Buzz and Buy) significantly increases customer engagement, transformational leadership, transparency, trust, and openness such that one\u2019s likelihood to buy from a business or owner using this model increases by 18% and likelihood to recommend increases 27%.<\/p>

    This is an example of enterprise level work that I project managed for a Visual Thinking Company, IDEA360, and their client Kaiser Permanente. This is the artifact after the global strategy meeting that is used for reference and to drive adoption of the vision throughout the enterprise.<\/p>

    I was responsible for the production of the IPDF including the writing and working with the graphic designer, editor, KP executives and KP IT for hosting videos, images, presentations and content internally.
